Students enrol for a 10 session plan which gets renewed upon completion. Maximum 12 weeks are assigned to complete 10 session plan from start date. Plan gets further extension of 2 weeks only if it falls under school holiday period.

Payment for P2G classes must be made via Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card at reception or via SPYN App prior to lesson commencing. If payment is not made by week 2 then your child’s timeslot will go back into circulation and they will lose their place and be unable to attend P2G Academy Program

All payment, catch up classes and any correspondence will be done via P2G Spyn app ONLY. All fees and charges are strictly non-refundable.

P2G Classes on public holidays will take place as normal unless communicated explicitly via standard communication platform.  

For missed catch up class, plan will not be extended at any circumstances.

Regular or make up class with 1 or 2 students will run for 30 minutes duration, classes with 3 students will run for 45mins and classes with 4 students or more will run for one full hour.

Booking of any class will be under the discretion of P2G head coach only as he will determine whether it is a suitable class or not.

For no show or failing to provide notice 2 hours before scheduled P2G session, corresponding class will be marked as absent and forfeited from the subscribed payment plan.
