He holds ACC Level 1 Coaching, ACC Level 2 Umpiring, and Cricket Australia Level 1 Coaching certifications. His versatile coaching style, focusing on spin bowling and batting, suits players of all ages and levels, making him one of the most respected coaches in the game.
Md Rafay

Fast Bowling Coach, Rafay is a standout cricketer from Melbourne, having represented his region, Premier clubs, and Victoria at multiple levels. He has played Premier Cricket from age 16, excelled in the Dowling Shield, and recently featured in the U19 National Championships. A scholarship holder at RMIT University, Rafay is passionate about guiding young talent and enhancing every student’s cricketing journey at WSC.

Kyle Scheepers, a young gun from South Africa, a Level 1 coach, fitness specialist, exceptionally versatile cricketer and played cricket at a premier level in England and South Africa. A talented all all-rounder who is well educated in planning and developing cricketing skills for all ages. At such a young age, he has already delivered elite cricket coaching session across various age groups making a huge difference in nurturing cricket skills. His record highest score of 200 not out in a 50 over game speaks for itself. His persistence and passion towards providing world class coaching is invaluable to P2G and anyone who loves cricket..

He has been playing cricket in various cricket Club in the west of Melbourne over 10 years across multiple grades and divisions and played First Class Cricket in SL. Peter Hatzoglou
Former Program Director
Peter has joined the P2G team in a leading role that concentrates on content delivery and management. He is active squad member of first Melbourne Renegades and now Perth Scorchers BBL Teams and playing as specialist leg spin bowler. As a cricketer, he played for Melbourne University’s 1st XI, he’s also a member of the Cricket Victoria Emerging Performance Squad.
Geoff Pretty
Senior Coach
Specialist Batting Coach – Geoff is an experienced all-rounder & coach having played Premier Cricket, Sub District & also representing Victoria at under 21 level. Currently coaching in the VTCA, Geoff has coached in various roles for in excess of 20 years.
Geoff’s focus is on getting the basics right to build a platform for development & growth. A middle order batter & medium pace allrounder who possesses a sound cricket intellect & enjoys passing on knowledge & ideas in the game we all share a passion in.
Nikhil Deep

Nikhil is a brilliant all-rounder and a Level 1 coach. He exploded into Carlton Premier’s First XI as a skilful batter and left arm orthodox bowler. He is sharp and provides unique coaching style where Nikhil provides complete flavour of how players train at higher levels. Nikhil has represented nationals as a junior cricketer and has immense potential to improve cricket for any youngster
Richard Phillips
Coach
Richard’s an experienced L2 coach having spent decades developing junior cricketers at Deer Perk CC and other in Melbourne. He is specialist in finding and fixing faults of cricketer at any age. He has been involved in the junior cricket development in the region from decades and has plenty to offer as coach to any youngster. He is the one on one specialist at P2G Cricket Academy and an asset to the program.
Simon Lambert
Coach
Simon Lambert, a Level 2 ECB Coach is a left hand opening bat originally from England and got experience of running cricket academies across multiple continents. Simon also played for York CC as well as Warwickshire County 2nd XI and the M.C.C. Simon scored a record 209* in his cricketing career so far, only the sixth person to score a double century in the Yorkshire County Premier League. He has been the fantastic addition to P2G Cricket Academy sharing all his knowledge and experience with our students.
